{"id":41621,"date":"2016-11-30T09:32:20","date_gmt":"2016-11-30T08:32:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/globalhempguide.com\/guia\/espana-se-presenta-una-ilp-en-el-congreso-de-los-diputados-para-regular-el-cannabis\/"},"modified":"2016-11-30T09:32:20","modified_gmt":"2016-11-30T08:32:20","slug":"espana-se-presenta-una-ilp-en-el-congreso-de-los-diputados-para-regular-el-cannabis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/globalhempguide.com\/guia\/espana-se-presenta-una-ilp-en-el-congreso-de-los-diputados-para-regular-el-cannabis\/","title":{"rendered":"Espa\u00f1a: Se presenta una ILP en el congreso de los diputados para regular el cannabis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span><strong><span><span>REPRESENTACI\u00d3N CANNABICA PRESENTAR\u00c1 EL PR\u00d3XIMO VIERNES UNA ILP A NIVEL NACIONAL EN LA MESA DEL CONGRESO PARA REGULAR EL AUTOCULTIVO PARA AUTOCONSUMO DE CANNABIS, TANTO A NIVEL PERSONAL, COMO PARA CLUBES Y ASOCIACIONES DE CONSUMIDORES.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.cannabismagazine.es\/digital\/images\/noticias\/puertorico.jpg\" width=\"700\" height=\"350\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Tras dos a\u00f1os esperando a que se tomara una decisi\u00f3n sobre la Ley que regula Los Clubs sociales de cannabis en Navarra (publicada en el BOE el 2 de Diciembre de 2014); y a la vista que otras iniciativas parlamentarias regionales acabar\u00e1n en la misma indefinici\u00f3n jur\u00eddica: Representaci\u00f3n Cann\u00e1bica va a presentar una ILP (Iniciativa Legislativa Popular) que regule el l\u00edcito penal de consumo y cultivo en Espa\u00f1a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Este vac\u00edo constitucional ha sido reconocido por todos los juristas del pa\u00eds y se reconoce en el Tribunal Constitucional y el Tribunal Supremo continuamente. Creemos que se est\u00e1n judicializando las iniciativas legislativas regionales para taponar un debate que la sociedad espa\u00f1ola est\u00e1 dispuesta a asumir. Espa\u00f1a ha sido una sociedad pionera y afectada directamente por las pol\u00edticas de drogas. Es hora de hacer un debate maduro y sereno al respecto. Hartos de esta actitud cobarde de las formaciones pol\u00edticas tradicionales, queremos que el debate sobre el cannabis se abra paso en el Congreso de los Diputados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 No creemos que sea serio que la norma que rija este asunto en la actualidad sea pre democr\u00e1tica. No creemos que sea serio que mientras miles de asociaciones florecen por toda la piel de toro se mire pol\u00edticamente a otro lado. No creemos que sea serio criminalizar a todas estas personas y asociaciones que huyen del mercado negro. No es serio colapsar los juzgados de lo penal con asuntos de cannabis que acaban la mayor\u00eda en absoluci\u00f3n. No creemos serio que no haya un acceso digno al cannabis medicinal en Espa\u00f1a. \u00bfSomos un pa\u00eds serio?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Venimos a demostrar que este es un asunto serio y que estamos preparados para abordar el reto. Creemos que la sociedad espa\u00f1ola es suficientemente adulta y seria y no tendremos problemas para conseguir las 500.000 firmas que avalen nuestra proposici\u00f3n de Ley. Ahora mismo, las sociedades m\u00e1s avanzadas del planeta debaten este mismo asunto en sus parlamentos.
