Ahora bien, si a esto unimos las cualidades en sabor y los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lamota.org\/es\/blog\/c\/marihuana-medicinal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">beneficios medicinales del cannabis<\/a>, la combinaci\u00f3n de miel y marihuana se vuelve perfecta, hasta tal punto que es capaz de <strong>evitar dolencias como la gripe o los catarros tan comunes durante la primavera.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El cannabis, al igual que la miel, tiene cualidades medicinales que <strong>preservan el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico de sus consumidores<\/strong>, el que nos protege ante enfermedades o dolencias provocadas por agentes externos. As\u00ed, son dos productos a los que no perder de vista y mucho menos si van juntos.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Mezclarlos es muy sencillo. Se puede realizar <strong>en infusi\u00f3n o en tintura<\/strong>, seg\u00fan las preferencias de cada consumidor. Incluso, podremos <strong>agregar otras hierbas como la manzanilla, el romero o la salvia<\/strong> para potenciar a\u00fan m\u00e1s el sabor y sus propiedades medicinales.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lamota.org\/media\/pictures\/photos\/cache\/image003_HXKDVy3_blog_cdn.jpg\" width=\"700\" height=\"429\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo hacer la tintura de miel y cannabis?<\/h2>\n<p>Comenzaremos preparando el cannabis. Para ello debemos realizar\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lamota.org\/es\/blog\/descarboxilacion-marihuana-cannabis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">el proceso de descarboxilaci\u00f3n<\/a><\/strong>, que consiste en conseguir una reacci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica que <strong>transformar\u00e1 el THCA en el cannabinoide THC con efectos psicoactivos.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar, precalentamos el horno a 240 grados. Una vez listo extendemos sobre una bandeja de horno entre <strong>30 y 60 gramos de cannabis<\/strong>, lo cubrimos con un papel de aluminio y lo metemos en el horno durante una hora. Transcurrido ese tiempo, lo dejamos enfriar y lo guardamos en un recipiente herm\u00e9tico para su uso.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, este paso no es estrictamente necesario, ya que si se desea una tintura sin este tipo de efectos podemos ir directamente a la siguiente fase de cocci\u00f3n lenta.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora llega el momento de realizar la <strong>mezcla de cannabis y miel<\/strong>. Para ello prepararemos un saquito de cannabis, que haremos utilizando una gasa de doble capa y una cuerda. En su interior introduciremos unos 30 gramos de cannabis que cerraremos bien para evitar que se salga del envoltorio mientras se cuecen. A continuaci\u00f3n, <strong>pondremos la bolsita en una olla<\/strong> y a\u00f1adiremos entre <strong>1 y 1,5 kilos de miel<\/strong>. La dejaremos <strong>a fuego bajo durante unas seis horas<\/strong>. Es importante que la miel nunca llegue a hervir; por eso, ser\u00e1 clave que, de vez en cuando, te aproximes a ver su estado. En caso de que veas que la olla est\u00e1 demasiado caliente puedes cambiarla.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez pasado el tiempo, la retiraremos del fuego y la <strong>dejaremos enfriar.<\/strong> Adem\u00e1s, podremos retirar la bolsa con cannabis con el fin de hacer otra infusi\u00f3n. Una vez a temperatura ambiente, para conservarla lo mejor ser\u00e1 utilizar tarros de cristal que podremos mantener refrigerados o incluso congelados para una mayor duraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Esto te permitir\u00e1 <strong>usar la tintura de miel y cannabis en cualquier \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o<\/strong>, de los t\u00edpicos catarros oto\u00f1ales o las fuertes gripes del invierno hasta las alergias m\u00e1s propias de la primavera.
