{"id":42365,"date":"2018-01-05T10:12:19","date_gmt":"2018-01-05T09:12:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/globalhempguide.com\/guia\/recogen-mas-de-250-000-firmas-por-la-regulacion-del-autocultivo-de-cannabis\/"},"modified":"2018-01-05T10:12:19","modified_gmt":"2018-01-05T09:12:19","slug":"recogen-mas-de-250-000-firmas-por-la-regulacion-del-autocultivo-de-cannabis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/globalhempguide.com\/guia\/recogen-mas-de-250-000-firmas-por-la-regulacion-del-autocultivo-de-cannabis\/","title":{"rendered":"Recogen m\u00e1s de 250.000 firmas por la regulaci\u00f3n del autocultivo de cannabis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ram\u00f3n Morcillo y Ferm\u00edn Les, los responsables de la recogida de firmas de la ILP \u201cTu papel Importa\u201d, entregaron en las oficinas del INE a finales de diciembre las 253.639 firmas de espa\u00f1oles y espa\u00f1olas que ped\u00edan que se debatiera una ley en el Congreso de los Diputados para que se legalizara el auto cultivo para autoconsumo de 8 plantas y soporte legal para clubes sociales de cannabis en Espa\u00f1a.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"easy_img_caption\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.cannabismagazine.es\/digital\/images\/noticias\/rcn-nok.png\" alt=\"Ram\u00f3n Morcillo y Ferm\u00edn Les\" width=\"700\" height=\"393\" \/><span class=\"easy_img_caption_inner\">Ram\u00f3n Morcillo y Ferm\u00edn Les<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Estas firmas han sido recabadas en papel oficial y han sido entregadas a final de a\u00f1o trascurridos los 9 meses que permite el Congreso para las recogidas de firmas. Las 253.639 firmas fueron entregadas en las instalaciones del Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica que ahora las validar\u00e1 y emitir\u00e1 un informe al Congreso de los Diputados.<\/p>\n<p>Estas dos personas y \u00e9sta misma organizaci\u00f3n (RCN-NOK), son quienes impulsaron y sacaron adelante la Ley Navarra de Clubes sociales de Cannabis, que ha sido derogada este diciembre de 2017 en su totalidad por parte del Tribunal Constitucional espa\u00f1ol.<\/p>\n<p>Desgraciadamente, el informe ser\u00e1 negativo y la Ley de Cannabis no se debatir\u00e1 en el Congreso de los Diputados el pr\u00f3ximo ejercicio al necesitar 500.000 apoyos.<\/p>\n<p>Representaci\u00f3n Cannabica Navarra rese\u00f1a que le ha sido imposible en la pr\u00e1ctica llegar a esa cifra por la imposibilidad de recabar firmas por medios digitales. S\u00f3lo 14 firmas han podido ser recabadas por internet.RCN NOK protestar\u00e1 ante la junta Electoral Central por esta situaci\u00f3n y por la negaci\u00f3n de varios ayuntamientos espa\u00f1oles a que se instalaran mesas para recoger apoyos a esta Ley del Cannabis.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo entendemos que en otros lugares como California se est\u00e9 legalizando y en Espa\u00f1a se impida incluso su debate. RCN-NOK intentar\u00e1 por todos los medios que esta Ley apoyada por tantos espa\u00f1oles y espa\u00f1olas llegue al congreso y se debata de alguna manera. Emplazamos a los partidos pol\u00edticos a que la hagan suya y la lleven al Congreso de los Diputados. Si no, los abogados de la formaci\u00f3n ya est\u00e1n buscando distintas soluciones para que se abra el debate en el pr\u00f3ximo 2018. Creemos que es urgente el debate y que una buena Ley traer\u00eda una soluci\u00f3n a los y las miles de enfermas que utilizan el cannabis y, adem\u00e1s, crear\u00eda nuevos impuestos y miles de puestos de trabajo\u201d, han dicho .<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMuch\u00edsimas gracias a todas y todos los que han apoyado esta iniciativa con las firmas y con su trabajo, especialmente a los voluntarios y los patrocinadores de la campa\u00f1a \u201dtupepelimporta\u201d.
